How do I buy a certificate?

Pick a store in the catalogue, choose the denomination, enter the recipient’s phone number and pay through Click. Once the payment is confirmed, the certificate is activated right away.

How do I redeem a certificate?

Show the QR code from your account in the store. The cashier scans it, enters the amount and asks for the SMS code sent to your phone. Once you confirm, the amount is deducted from the balance.

Can I spend the certificate in parts?

Yes. The remainder is kept after each purchase and you can spend it any time before the validity period ends. The balance is shown in your account.

What happens when it expires?

Once the validity period ends, the unused balance expires. We send a reminder 7 days and 1 day before that.

It says the QR code has expired

Accepted Answer

For security the QR code is valid for 120 seconds and can be used once. Tap “refresh” in your account and a new code appears.

I mistyped the recipient’s number

Contact support. If the certificate has not been used yet, it can be blocked and the issue sorted out.

Can I get a refund?

If the certificate is unused and has not expired, submit a refund request through support — each case is reviewed individually.

How do I add my store to the platform?

Write to partners@sovgaber.uz. Once the contract is signed you get access to the store cabinet: you create products, add branches and assign cashiers.
